Bad news for Chelsea: Raheem Sterling out due to injury just few minutes into the match

Raheem Sterling has been ushered out of the field of play as a result of an injury he just sustained now and has been replaced by Aubameyang.

This is not coming on well for Chelsea lets look and hope things change during the course of the match.

With Champions league coming up sooner too Chelsea is in really a very bad place but we should hope this is not a serious injury.
