Despite loosing, Potter said this Chelsea player stands out of the team and the crowd love him.

Chelsea lost against Man City this is true but then again there is always one player who stands out of the crowd and that such player has been praised by Graham Potter in a post match interview.

It’s true that Chelsea looked good, and one player in particular who shone was Denis Zakaria, who was all over in midfield, both on and off the ball. The questioner brought him up as a positive, and Potter jumped at the chance to praise him.

“The crowd liked his performance” agreed Potter, as he picked out some of the qualities he thought the Swiss international had brought.
