Cucurella has a very serious issue adapting to the Chelsea team and the Chelsea fans are not having it easy with him as 3 top problems at Chelsea highlighted.

Chelsea drew 1-1 with West Ham yesterday, and Marc Cucurella was one of the players taking the most flak afterwards.

The highlights put out by Chelsea TV from the game are only less than two minutes long, but they show 3 problems Cucurella has right away.

In the first clip, Cucurella is afraid to play forward or cross it (as we see every time he gets the ball). In this case he passes back to Enzo, who swings a great ball in for Joao Felix to score.

The next two clips show Cucurella’s defensive uncertainty. In the first one he runs to the ball and lets Jarrod Bowen run in behind him. Then, moments later he does the opposite and stands off the attacker – who crosses for West Ham’s goal.

After that we see a clip where Ben Chilwell has replaced him – he bursts down the left, putting a great cross in. It’s a painful reminder of what we’ve missed.
