Big Loss For Chelsea as Mauricio Pochettino turned down coaching offer from Chelsea

This could only mean that Graham Potter will have to continue doing the job at Chelsea since the prime replacement has turned down the offer to replace Potter.

As reported by 90Min, Chelsea approach to Pochettino has ben turned down as at yesterday and this may only leave them with the option of Zidane that is if he does not turn down the offer too.

Although Chelsea owner Todd Boehly had wanted Potter to continue at the Stamford Bridge, he has also shown his interest in Pochettino which finally gets turned down and he has no other option than to keep going with Potter.

It is alarming if true, one of the only reasons Graham Potter could leave Chelsea is if the fans inside the ground continue to be hostile yet bringing in the former Spurs manager Pochettino would only cause more hostility.

I dread to think what would happen with Pochettino on the side-lines at Chelsea, a talented coach but the core Chelsea fans would not be against the move from day one which would not lead to a good end conclusion.

Graeme’s reliability is in my opinion not up there with the elite journalists such as Fabrizio Romano and David Ornstein but it is interesting nonetheless.
