Tuchel was named new coach of Bayern on Friday after the dismissal of Julian Nagelsmann.
The German has signed to 2026 and insists he’s comfortable with the arrangement, referencing his dismissal at Chelsea.
“I stayed at Chelsea for 18 months even though I had a five-year contract. If things go well , we will try to extend it further,” said Tuchel at his presentation yesterday.
