In a series of talks by fans and Pundits we all saw this and they all have something to say about this absolutely wacky defense by these two.

Aston Villa’s first goal was a gift by Chelsea. Well, more specifically, it was a gift by defender Marc Cucurella, who headed the ball through to put Ollie Watkins in on goal. I have no idea what Cucurella was even thinking, and former Villa midfielder Lee Hendrie has rightly branded it as schoolboy defending, because it absolutely was.

In words picked up by The Metro, Hendire said: “First and foremost, you have to say, it is schoolboy defending from Cucurella.

“I don’t understand why he is running into that area. I’m not sure whether Koulibaly has given him a shout but it really is a golden gift for Ollie Watkins.”
