DONE DEAL: German Giants Bayern Munich and Chelsea reach Chelsea coach Barry agreement.

Bayern Munich and Chelsea have reached agreement over compensation for coach Anthony Barry.

After being placed on gardening leave by Chelsea, Barry is now free to move to Bayern, says The Times.

Former Chelsea boss Thomas Tuchel made an immediate request for Barry upon his appointment as Bayern coach.

Chelsea initially blocked Barry’s departure and told him to stay away from the club. But terms have now been settled between the two clubs.

Barry has been with Chelsea since 2020. In addition, he has been part of the coaching staff of Wigan, Ireland and Belgium.
