Pochettino has pointed out his target four transfers for Chelsea immediately appointed; Here are the names.
An ahreement have been reached by Chelsea and Pochettino as he will be taking over Lampard and he has made his mind very known about the course he wants to take for the club.
According to The Daily Mail, Chelsea ‘have settled’ on Pochettino as their new manager for next season and are working with him on player recruitment, the only consideration now being when exactly to make the announcement.
This has also been echoed by other top sources late on Saturday, and we even got the all important ‘here we go’ from Fabrizio Romano.

Report from the Mail, Pochettino and Chelsea have and are continuing to already speak about transfer targets for this summer, with four names mentioned.
They claim that Inter’s Lautaro Martinez is the most likely centre forward target, whilst Chelsea still want Declan Rice, and Alexis Mac Allister of Brighton is also mentioned.
The last one is Aston Villa goalkeeper, Emi Martinez.
