In his press conference after the 2-2 draw with Nottingham Forest, Frank Lampard bemoaned the lack of “killers” in his squad.
Of course he’s the right person to make that criticism. He was a killer in front of goal himself, but also knew how to manage a game, having learned from some of the masters of the art of gamesmanship.
