Chelsea now in and finally hold talks with agents to sign AS Roma striker Dybala; Now making the big moves.

Chelsea are said to be holding talks with the representatives of Paulo Dybala to discuss a transfer.

The Argentine attacker, who excelled at Roma last season after a free transfer move, is a hot property this summer.

With Roma having financial issues, and Dybala wanting to play in the Champions League, he may be up for sale.

Per transfer reporter Pedro Almeida, Chelsea have made contact with Dybala’s agent.

However, the Stamford Bridge club have no European football to offer, while they have many players in attacking positions already at the club.

Dybala may be interested, given Chelsea can likely double or triple the wages he earns at Roma.
