ames has used an Instagram post to tell the world he’s on his way to join the rest of the Chelsea squad in the US.

The right back didn’t travel with the main group, raising a brief panic. It seems it was just a brief sickness that saw him separated from the group, and nothing related to the precautionary scan he had before they set off.

But he’s on a flight – one with a decent looking meal on board – and we all know where he’s headed.
