Pochettino has only just gone into his fourth week as Chelsea manager but already there have been many positives, including two pre-season friendly victories.
Pochettino has a very young squad right now and he will be leaning on the experience and leadership qualities that Thiago Silva can bring, being the oldest player at the club.
Silva has been there and done it and seen it all before, and he has also now played under many different managers, even during his short time at Chelsea so far!
And he has delivered his verdict on Chelsea’s latest manager so far, and it is all very positive.
Silva says that Pochettino is starting to create confidence and trust amongst the players and he has got them all on the right line and in the right direction, as seen here…
