Both Tottenham and Chelsea have been contacted, according to this story, and both seem to be considering it. We know the Blue are keen to add one more attacking player, as Mauricio Pochettino has all but admitted in his press conferences recently, and given Fati is being given the boot by his club, he may prove gettable.
