Kvaratskhelia enjoyed a prolific and sensational season at Napoli last campaign, leading the club to their first-ever Scudetto since 1990, scoring 14 goals and making 17 assists in 43 appearances across all competitions.

His sumptuous performance saw him named Serie A Most Valuable Player and Champions League Young Player of the Season, and he also came 17th in the Ballon d’Or ranking.

This season as well, the 22-year-old started the season in the same vein with three goals and four assists in 11 appearances, and his performance is now attracting interest from plenty of clubs.

Todd Boehly has placed a strong emphasis on Chelsea signing talent, and the Napoli star suits their needs. He will be a terrific addition to the team, given his qualities.

However, with Mykhaylo Mudryk, Raheem Sterling, and Christopher Nkunku already on the team, it becomes difficult to decide who will be benched if the Blues sign Kvaratskhelia.

While Nkunku hasn’t yet recovered from his injury, Mudryk has shown signs of improvement, and Sterling has also enhanced his performance. The addition of a fourth option on the left wing will be difficult and disruptive. Kvaratskhelia is excellent and will pose a serious threat to the opposition thanks to his ability to score and dribble.

Although his addition will be excellent, if we wish to sign him, we will have to give up one of our players. However, it will be difficult to persuade him because other clubs are interested. There won’t be much of an issue even if we don’t acquire him because we have quite a number of outstanding stars.
