Aubameyang agrees three year deal with Marseille – transfer fee negotiations “not expected to be complicated” says Romano
Things are moving quickly in Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang’s move to Marseille.
We only heard it suggested for the first time earlier today, but there’s already been rapid progression. Fabrizio Romano is now reporting that the French side have agreed a three year deal with the striker.
He’s keen to move, and they’re keen to have him. With a deal agreed, things can be wrapped up fast.

Chelsea want a transfer fee, but only a small one, and Romano adds that “negotiations… [are] not expected to be complicated.”
It will tick off another important box for us this summer as we continue to sell and release the unwanted dross of last season. Aubameyang was one of the worst examples of last summer’s mistakes, and the sooner we have him and the final few unwanted players out of the door the better for the general morale around the place.
The Romelu Lukaku challenge still looms large, however…
