When you think of hard luck think of Ben Chiwell and what he went through. He had said that this was the step he took to improve himself during his injury days.
Chelsea star Ben Chiwell is not a new person to being sidelined for a long time due to injuries and he is proving himself again now as he came back and backed himself up with goals and assists and this has launched him into the England team even after few days return from his injury.
Chilwell who is with England says his time out has been 'mentally challenging' but he is using the spells out injured to better himself both 'mentally' and 'physically'. He said it was nice both him and Reece James could 'share the pain' of missing the World Cup. #CFC #ThreeLions

Chilwell about watching England during Chelsea's Abu Dhabi camp: "I am an England fan so I was definitely cheering the team on. We watched it as a team. We had a screen up in the hotel as boys and we and the staff were watching the games every night." #CFC #ThreeLions

He certainly looks like that hard work paid off, as he’s stepped back into the side without missing a beat. Players can really struggle during long spells on the sidelines, and clubs have only recently realised how important it is to keep their stars busy in that time.
We’re just not sure what better himself mentally means – reading classic literature and doing Sudoku? Whatever it is, it seems to have worked.
