CARABAO CUP 3RD ROUND DRAW; Chelsea draws another tough EPL opponent whereas Man Utd face Palace; Newcastle host Man City

Newcastle United will host Manchester City, while holders Manchester United will face Crystal Palace in the Carabao Cup Third Round.
