Although Chelsea managed to outspend many clubs in this January transfer window, but this will not stop them spending big again in the summer of 2023, according to a report this week.

According to The Athletic, Chelsea do not intend to sign another raft of players in the summer but are prepared to spend big again in a few key positions. One of those will be another forward.
