Chelsea board is looking to sack Graham Potter and this is not speculation but this is the truth but before they do so, they have given Potter an ultimatum to save his job and here it is;

According to the latest report from the Evening Standard, Graham Potter has just two games to prove himself before he’s faced with the sack.

Chelsea’s next two matches come at home – the first being a Premier League match against Leeds United and the second is their second-leg Champions League fixture against Borussia Dortmund. It’s this second-leg match which will determine whether Graham Potter stays or goes.

Understandably, Chelsea fans have mixed emotions about this. On the one hand, it’s good to see the board are finally asserting their authority for the sake of the club – on the other hand, it seems too little too late.

Why would the board give Potter two games to rectify the mess which looks unsolvable at this point? Even if Chelsea does make it to the next round of the Champions League, it looks like Potter has lost the dressing room already.

I’ve said it before, but Chelsea are a team of individuals. When you watch them on the pitch, you can see the talent each play possesses. However, they don’t work well enough cohesively to be considered as serious contenders in the league. They need a collective winning identity, something Potter is failing to install.
