Chelsea considering selling Sterling once he comes out of Injury as they have a new squad now.

According to The Sun, Chelsea is considering to sell Sterling as soon as he comes out of injury as a result of the fact that there has been many other new signings and he may not be needed after all.

Currently out injured, Sterling just hasn’t been able to shine given the turmoil at the club since he arrived in the summer.

We’re not sure we believe this at all – it just seems like someone has noticed Chelsea signing players in that position and has decided to stir the pot by mentioning someone we’ve already got.

However it is true that Sterling seemed to be a Thomas Tuchel driven signing, and perhaps Graham Potter and the new transfer team will want to go in another direction.

But given our recent spending, the £50m we paid for Sterling is starting to look like a bargain, and it’s hard to see him being top of the out tray when there are players like Hakim Ziyech and Christian Pulisic who are apparently keen to leave.
