Former Premier League striker, Clinton Morrison has backed Romelu Lukaku to succeed at Chelsea next season as long as he keeps fit and has urged Chelsea to take back the Belgian as he is a good fit for them.
Not minding the fact that his records now at Inter Milan is not all that good but quite impressive to say the least, but he is far better than some strikers Chelsea are considering in the Summer; in truth.
Morrison told Sky Sports that Lukaku will impress when he returns to Stamford Bridge in the summer.
“Romelu Lukaku has gone on loan and there is talk of him coming back,” Morrison said.
“Can he be that focal point?
“If you’ve got Romelu Lukaku fit, with the players they have brought in who can go and create stuff, he should be able to score goals in that team.
“That’s one to watch. If they get Romelu Lukaku back, he will score goals in that Chelsea team for sure,” he added.
