Graham Potter have refused to admit that Chelsea are the favorite to win against Dortmund; He knows they will loose against the German machines.
Graham Potter is not saying anything to the effect that they Chelsea will win in the UCL match against Borussia Dortmund and he knows why.
Chelsea is not in any way prepared to win this match since they are not able to get past West Ham let alone Dortmund.
It will be in Chelsea best interest to make sure that they do not loose by too many goals.
Graham Potter: "In a knockout competition anything can happen. That’s the thing. It’s two games. I don’t think it’s valuable for us to look past Dortmund."

There’s keeping your team humble and then there’s never making them feel like need or should win.
We’ve got a budget that dwarfs Dortmund’s. We’ve won the Champions League within the last two years. Dortmund will be a tough team, but we should be beating them. We want to hear our manager say that, and sound like he actually believes that.
