Graham Potter makes an almost impossible promise to Chelsea fans; “We’ll try and win the f*****g Champions League”.
Graham Potter have said his peace and he had promised Chelsea fans that he will try and bring home the Champions League.
I will do everything I can to bring the UCL home Potter promised Chelsea fans.
The former Brighton & Hove Albion boss had an impassioned message for the fans in attendance which is now doing the rounds on social media. Be aware, the clip contains some strong language from the Blues’ boss.
Graham Potter:
“We’ll try and beat Everton, then we’ll take the draw, and then we’ll try and win the f*****g #UCL.”

When asked by the evening’s host for a message to the fans and an exciting end to the season to look forward to, Potter said: “Firstly, thank you, because they’ve been incredibly fair with us. They’ve stuck with the team and the support we’ve had has been amazing. We’ll need them on Saturday, we’ll try and beat Everton, then we’ll take the draw, and then we’ll try and win the f*****g Champions League.”
The message was met with approval from the gathered crowd as well as a few light hearted chuckles, perhaps due to the club’s poor form this season. Chelsea currently sit 10th in the Premier League table and are 11 points behind London rivals Tottenham Hotspur who occupy fourth spot – the position the Blue would have to make it to in order to reach UEFA’s elite competition next season.
Although a lot of Pundits have written off Chelsea chances to win the UCL but this could be another surprise that we are all in for as we wait for the Quarter finals draw.
