Here is what Graham Potter has to say about Chelsea new signings ahead of Dortmund; ‘Especially Enzo’
Chelsea manager Graham Potter admitted he needs more time to really know the new signings, especially Enzo Fernandez.
Potter is a manager who puts a lot of emphasis on people skills in his career.

“My players are human beings before they are footballers,” the former Brighton boss famously told The Telegraph in 2019.
While clearly having to deal with higher-profile players at Chelsea, Potter’s method remains the same.
He is now getting to know more about his January signings.
“I would say yes and no,” the Blues manager responded when asked if he now has a good understanding of the personalities of the new players.
“You need more than a couple of weeks to get to know somebody properly, especially someone like Enzo whose English at the moment is quite limited.
“But you also get the sense of them as people because of their interactions with the staff, and you watch how they behave, so you see the qualities that they have.”
Fortunately, Chelsea have plenty of Spanish speakers in the dressing room, including captain Cesar Azpilicueta, who can help Fernandez and Potter communicate with each other.
