JUST IN: Kai Havertz opens up after joining Arsenal says he is happy tp join Jorginho again at Arsenal.
It does not look very much like Chelsea islooking to make any reasonable signings as many other EPL rivals are here making all the important signings and gearing up towards a new season full of competitions and Chelsea is just buying kids with little or no experience.
And same way have Kai Havertz joined up with Arsenal to contend for the league in the coming season
The German international has moved across London, leaving Chelsea for the Premier League runners up.
Havertz, who is likely to play in midfield under boss Mikel Arteta, praised the history and family feeling of the club.
Speaking to Arsenal.com, Kai said: “It’s super exciting for me personally. I’m so glad to join this amazing club.
“This club has such a big history, and I hope we can achieve lots of things, and I’m just looking forward to meeting all the players, the staff, and yeah, it’s going to be exciting.”
“I think the family mentality that the team has on the pitch is one of the reasons why it is so hard to play against Arsenal,” he added.
“I guess they have it off the pitch as well. So the team mentality in the squad is very, very high and you can feel that. Obviously there’s so many talented players and there’s big room to achieve big things as well.”
