Juventus have launched a cash bid for Chelsea striker Romelu Lukaku.

The Belgium international spent last season on-loan with Inter Milan, where he is wanted in a permanent transfer.
However, transfer expert Fabrizio Romano is reporting Juve have offered €40m plus bonuses for Lukaku.
But Chelsea have rejected the bid, insisting Lukaku will only leave for €55m or more.
