Chelsea hero Pat Nevin can see Mykhaylo Mudryk leaving before tomorrow’s deadline falls.

The €100m January signing has struggled to get on the pitch since the start of the season.

“Mudryk has not been given game-time this season,” said Nevin. “He is a very good player and Arsenal were desperate for him and it didn’t work for him last season, but who did it work for last season at Chelsea?

“It depends what Pochettino thinks. They have spent huge money on a player who hasn’t come good yet. There might be a big surprise move in and out, and it could be Mudryk.

“But I would be saddened as I think he’s a good player and he needs to be in a team that suits him. A winning and attacking team, not a team lacking in confidence all over the pitch.”
