Pochettino aligned 100% with sporting directors on transfers

Mauricio Pochettino is reportedly on the same page as Chelsea’s sporting directors in terms of transfer wants for this month.

We are now 7 days into the latest winter transfer window and there is no signs of any moves developing at Chelsea yet. But that doesn’t mean nothing will happen, and it certainly doesn’t mean that Pochettino doesn’t want anything to happen.

In fact, according to reliable journalist Julien Laurens, Pochettino 100% wants Chelsea to sign a new striker. And apparently, he is on the same page as sporting directors Laurence Stewart and Paul Winstanley with that.

And apparently that means with incomings and outgoings…

I’m not so sure about all that personally, especially the Conor Gallagher bit. Pochettino has made it pretty clear in public comments this season how much he loves, rates and values Gallagher, and he is also a regular wearer of the captains armband. So I will never believe for one minute that he would want Gallagher sold.
