The problem with Chelsea coaching staffs have been revealed and its new faces and old faces interchagning.
There have been growing effort to bring in Lampards coaching staff into the team but so far it has not been all that successful and this is the situation on ground now as old faces and new faces keep interchanging and this will bring about disharmony in the team and quite possibly slow down the rate at which the team do well.
According to The Athletic the question about who is actually coaching alongside Frank Lampard have been a huge turn off in the team now.
In his press conference ahead of the game, Lampard was unable to confirm exactly who he was working with. That was fair enough – he had only been appointed a couple of hours before, and it was clearly going to take some time to sort out his assistants.
Yesterday we saw that the rumours were right – Ashley Cole, Joe Edwards and Chris Jones were ou there taking a warm up, while Graham Potter’s crew – including Bruno Saltor who had managed the team as recently as Tuesday – were nowhere to be seen.
We don’t know if they’re gone for good, if they’re coming back, or if they’ve been sacked. Such is the confusion at the club these days.
