We are a leading café and coffee shop located in the United Arab Emirates, currently seeking experienced Baristas to join our team.
We are looking for Baristas who are passionate about coffee and café drinks, enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, and are dedicated to providing excellent service. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 2 years of experience in a barista or café role, Strong knowledge of coffee and café drinks.
Job Description
As a Barista, you will be responsible for providing top-quality coffee and café services, preparing and serving a variety of coffee drinks, operating espresso machines and grinders, maintaining a clean and organized work area, preparing and serving food items such as sandwiches and pastries, building a loyal customer base through excellent customer service, keeping track of inventory and ordering supplies as needed, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
What you’ll be doing in the position
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing top-quality coffee and café services, including but not limited to:
- Preparing and serving a variety of coffee drinks, such as cappuccinos, lattes, and Americanos
- Operating espresso machines and grinders
- Maintaining a clean and organized work area
- Preparing and serving food items such as sandwiches and pastries
- Building a loyal customer base through excellent customer service
- Keeping track of inventory and ordering supplies as needed
- Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations
Must have skills and qualifications
The ideal candidate will have:
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in a barista or café role
- Strong knowledge of coffee and café drinks
- Strong customer service skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations
- A positive attitude and a willingness to take on new tasks
