Job Description
As a construction worker, you will have the opportunity to work with a team of skilled professionals, take on new challenges and develop new skills.

What you’ll be doing in the position
The successful candidates will be responsible for performing a variety of tasks on construction sites, including but not limited to:
- Operating heavy machinery such as excavators, bulldozers, and cranes
- Laying foundations and building structures
- Reading and interpreting blueprints and plans
- Erecting scaffolding and other temporary structures
- Digging trenches and laying pipes
- Mixing and pouring concrete
- Installing and maintaining construction equipment
- Collaborating with other tradespeople and supervisors to complete projects on time and within budget
Must have skills and qualifications
The ideal candidate will have:
- A high school diploma or equivalent
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in construction
- Knowledge of construction techniques, tools and equipment
- The ability to read and understand blueprints and plans
- Strong communication skills
- A valid driver’s license
- Ability to work in a physically demanding environment
- The ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
- Strong attention to detail
- A willingness to work flexible hours and overtime as required
