Job Description
As a farm worker, you will have the opportunity to work with a team of skilled professionals, take on new challenges, and develop new skills.

What you’ll be doing in the position
The successful candidates will be responsible for performing a variety of tasks on the farm, including but not limited to:
- Planting, cultivating, and harvesting crops
- Operating and maintaining farm equipment
- Feeding and caring for livestock
- Maintaining and repairing farm structures and equipment
- Irrigating and fertilizing crops
- Keeping accurate records of crop yields and livestock health
- Collaborating with other farm workers and supervisors to complete tasks efficiently
Must have skills and qualifications
The ideal candidate will have:
- A high school diploma or equivalent
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in farming or related field
- Knowledge of farming techniques and equipment
- Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team environment
- Physical stamina and strength to perform manual labor for extended periods of time
- The ability to work in a variety of weather conditions
- A valid driver’s license
- Willingness to work flexible hours and overtime as required
- Ability to lift heavy loads
- A strong work ethic and commitment to producing high-quality work
