We are looking for an HR Manager who is passionate about their work and dedicated to producing quality financial records.

The Human Resources field is constantly evolving, and as a Human Resources Manager, you will be exposed to new technologies, policies, and best practices. Human Resources Managers play a vital role in the industry, as they are the ones who manage all aspects of human resources, and help create a positive and inclusive work environment
What you’ll be doing in the position
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of human resources, including but not limited to:
- Recruiting, hiring, and onboarding new employees
- Managing employee relations and addressing any issues that may arise
- Developing and implementing HR policies and procedures
- Managing employee benefits and compensation
- Conducting employee performance evaluations
- Managing employee training and development
- Ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations
- Managing employee records and maintaining HR databases
- Developing a positive and inclusive work environment
Must have skills and qualification
The ideal candidate will have:
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in human resources management or a related field
- A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field
- Strong knowledge of labor laws and regulations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Experience with HR software and databases
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- Strong leadership and management skills
- A commitment to maintaining a positive and inclusive work environment
