Chelsea number one goalkeeper as at now Kepa has opened up on the Chelsea signings that were made few days ago after they debut in their clash against Fulham and here is what he said.
He has always been a positive person so it wouldn’t come as a surprise that he has something very good to say about these new signings.
He made the same excuses that Graham Potter did, pointing to the new players and how hard it was for them to integrate into the team straight away. He tried to look at the positives of what they can do – “they showed what they can add,” the Basque stopper noted hopefully.
He picked out Benoit Badiashile for particular praise – we can imagine he likes playing behind him a lot.
But promise is one thing, and delivering on that promise is another. As Kepa says, we need to start winning – and soon.
