There are too many miserable faces at Chelsea and this is why they must leave so happy people can come in.
Chelsea owner Todd Boehly have said that there are too many angry faces at Chelsea and the club must get rid of them to move forward.

At the moment there are too many miserable faces being left out of the team, left off the bench or out of the Champions League squad entirely. As Melchiot says, it doesn’t help them and it doesn’t help Chelsea.
You can only put 11 players on the pitch in any case, so the bloated squad is doing far more harm than good. The sooner the unwanted and unhappy players are moved on, the sooner this team can actually start moving back towards being a functional organisation again.
