It should be more than just a free kick but with red card; Dermot Gallagher opens up on Joao Felix tackle.
Dermot Gallagher said that Ricardo’s tackle on Joao Felix should not just be a free kick but should also be accompanied with a red card at least.
In the second minute alone there was a horrible tackle from Ricardo Pereira on Joao Felix. The full back escaped a red – in fact he escaped a yellow too.
Gallagher is too keen to disagree with the ref on the pitch, but even he conceded “it’s more than a free kick.”
Honestly, if that had been a red, can you think of many Leicester fans who would have complained? We can’t.
