Chelsea have had some serious struggles in the past few months as a result of injury issues and this is also why they bare where they are in the EPL table and with the EPL fast returning by next week, it is only normal that fans get worried for their two left and right backs who are called up in the England squad and their safety.

Reece James and Ben Chiwell are playing for the England national teams but their team were exponentially happy when they are just called out to the team to play for less than 60 minutes and this is evident to the fact that they might not get injured and miss out on the coming EPL clashes again

The pair had really bad injuries last season, and followed that up with medium bad injuries in this campaign. They’ve both worked their way back to fitness now, and both joined up with England for this international break.

We’re praying they don’t get hurt or even used too much, so last night’s game was ideal. James came on as a second half sub (along with Chelsea teammate Conor Gallagher), and Chilwell didn’t feature at all.

England’s next game is against Ukraine on Sunday, and while both are likely to accumulate further minutes in that game, it shouldn’t be too strenuous and shouldn’t affect their availability for Chelsea’s game against Aston Villa next weekend.
