Kepa is safe; Chelsea confirms no decision’ has been made on crucial area of the pitch; Reports

The current Chelsea goalkeeper has had his job threatened in the past few days with the rumor of Chelsea likely going for a new keeper in the summer.

Even after he declared his mood for his recent form for the club  and the number of clean sheets he has kept in the past few matches, Chelsea could still be considering to leave him out.

Edouard Mendy has lost his number one spot to Kepa Arrizabalaga, and the club have been linked with potential new goalkeepers in the summer as a result.

I can’t see Mendy wanting to stay as a backup, so some decisions will soon need to be made on this one.

But according to Fabrizio Romano, no decisions have been made yet as to whether the club will be going for a new number one stopper in the summer or not, as below:
