We are a leading restaurant located in the United Arab Emirates, currently seeking experienced Waiters/Waitresses to join our team.
We are looking for waiters/waitresses who are dedicated to providing excellent service, enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, and have strong attention to detail. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 2 years of experience as a waiter/waitress, a positive attitude and a willingness to take on new tasks.
Job Description
As a waiter/waitress, you will have the opportunity to work with a team of skilled professionals, take on new challenges, and develop new skills. You will be responsible for ensuring that each customer has a positive dining experience, that orders are taken and served correctly, and that customers are satisfied with the service provided.
You will also be responsible for maintaining a clean and organized work area, and ensuring that all equipment is used safely and in compliance with health and safety regulations.
What you’ll be doing in the position
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing top-quality customer service and ensuring that customers have a positive dining experience, including but not limited to:
- Taking orders and serving food and drinks
- Recommending menu items and providing information about specials and promotions
- Handling customer complaints and resolving any issues that may arise
- Maintaining a clean and organized work area
- Providing excellent customer service and building a loyal customer base
- Following health and safety regulations
Must have skills and qualifications
The ideal candidate will have:
- A minimum of 2 years of experience as a waiter/waitress
- Strong customer service skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations
- A positive attitude and a willingness to take on new tasks
