We are a leading restaurant located in the United Arab Emirates, currently seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team.
We are looking for Restaurant Managers who are passionate about the restaurant industry and have strong leadership and management skills. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in a restaurant management role, a positive attitude and a willingness to take on new tasks.
Job Description
As a Restaurant Manager, you will have the opportunity to work with a team of skilled professionals, take on new challenges, and develop new skills.
You will be responsible for ensuring that the restaurant runs smoothly, that staff provide excellent service, that food and labor costs are managed effectively, and that the restaurant is in compliance with health and safety regulations.
What you’ll be doing in the position
The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of restaurant operations, including but not limited to:
- Managing staff and ensuring that they provide excellent service
- Managing inventory and ordering supplies as needed
- Managing food and labor costs
- Developing and implementing marketing strategies to increase business
- Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations
- Building a loyal customer base through excellent customer service
- Keeping track of financial performance and making adjustments as needed
Must have skills and qualifications
The ideal candidate will have:
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in a restaurant management role
- Strong leadership and management skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations
