Job Description
As a Flight Attendant, you will have the opportunity to work with a team of skilled professionals, take on new challenges, and develop new skills.
The airline industry is constantly evolving, and as a Flight Attendant, you will be exposed to new technologies, policies, and best practices. Flight Attendants play a vital role in the industry, as they are the ones who ensure the safety and comfort of passengers during flights.
What you’ll be doing in the position
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and ensuring the safety and comfort of passengers during flights, including but not limited to:
- Conducting safety demonstrations and emergency procedures
- Assisting passengers with boarding and exiting the aircraft
- Providing information on flight routes and services
- Assisting with seating arrangements and storing carry-on luggage
- Providing first aid and responding to emergency situations
- Serving meals and drinks
- Handling customer complaints and concerns
- Maintaining the cleanliness of the cabin
- Ensuring compliance with Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) regulations
Must have skills and qualifications
The ideal candidate will have:
- A high school diploma or equivalent
- A minimum of 2 years of customer service experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as a part of a team
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including overnight and weekend shifts
- Ability to pass a background check and obtain a FAA medical certificate
- Ability to lift and move up to 50lbs
